Q: What is PurpleFest?
A: From Purple Frost to Purple Finale, the Purple Concert Series has brought unforgettable performances to campus. Now, we’re taking things to the next level with PurpleFest 2025 at Rock the Runway; two full nights of live music at London International Airport. Whether it’s your first year or your last, this is the Western concert experience you can’t miss.

Q: How do I buy tickets for PurpleFest?
A: Student-priced tickets for PurpleFest can be purchased through Bounce.
Q: How will I receive my ticket for PurpleFest?
You will receive your Bounce confirmation email once your order is processed. You will also receive a separate Eventbrite QR code ticket shortly after. If you don’t receive your QR code within 48 hours, please reach out to [email protected] & [email protected].
EVENTBRITE QR CODES WILL BE AVAILABLE 72 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOW DATE.
Q: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Yes, but if you wish to transfer your tickets, you must transfer your Eventbrite ticket.
Q: I can’t access my ticket. Who do I contact?
A: Please contact [email protected] for ticket access support or troubleshooting.
Q: Do I need to be 19+ to attend PurpleFest?
A: No, this is an all-ages event (with 19+ drinking wristbands, please have your government-issued identification).
Q: What is the shuttle information for students from Western University?
A: USC Shuttle Service 🚍
● Pick-Up Locations: Medway lot / Brescia loop
● Pick-Up Times: 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM
● Return: Continuous shuttles will run 10:30 PM – 12:30 AM
● Drop-Off Locations: student neighbourhoods (Richmond and Oxford / Medway lot)
Night 1 shuttle tickets are sold out, Night 2 is running low. No more shuttle tickets will be available once sold out.
Q: Where is the rideshare (Uber) pick up & drop off location?
A: The rideshare location is 2320 Airforce Place, London, ON.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Parking passes are available via the Rock The Runway ticketing page. Only a limited number of parking passes are available per night. We highly encourage carpooling.
